Environmental policy for Techsam Electronics AB

We at Techsam Electronics AB have a solid ambition to take responsibility for and protect our common environment, both local and global. In our role as an electronics manufacturer, we must be acutely aware of the risks to the environment our production may pose, from the purchase of raw materials to the management of the waste generated and everything in between.
By identifying the various aspects of our environmental impact, we create the conditions to focus on the areas where we can make the biggest difference. As an expanding company in Northern Sweden, long vehical transports are a necessary evil and the bigger we get, the more we consume of, for example, paper and chemicals increases, but we stand secure in the fact that the environmental perspective we have implemented and constantly maintain, not only helps us find new solutions that reduce the scope of the problems, but also add value to the company and everyone who comes into contact with us.
We want all our stakeholders to know that we are doing what we can to prevent negative environmental impact and increase the positive.
We fulfill this by:

  • Conducting a systematic environmental work process that is integrated into all our daily operations.
  • Having a responsible and environmentally conscious leadership.
  • Fulfill all the requirements that laws and other regulations impose on us.
  • Continuously work to improve our environmental performance.
  • Constantly set smart environmental goals for our processes that can propel us forward in the quest to achieve an environmentally more sustainable business.
  • Increase our employees’ knowledge and understanding of how products, services and activities in our business affect the environment throughout their life cycle and how we can influence this.
  • Openly and clearly communicate our environmental policy, our environmental goals and the work with these, to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Encourage and inspire our customers and other businesspartners to make conscious choices in order to reduce their own environmental impact.
